Do I need to be home during the service?
No, as long as we have access to your garden, we can clean up without you being there. In fact, our service is specifically designed to help busy people who are out and about during the day.
How do you ensure the the safety and hygiene of my pets and family?
Our team takes the safety of your pets and family very seriously. We disinfect our tools and our shoes between each visit to prevent the spread of bacteria and parasites, ensuring a safe environment for you and your pets.
And of course, we always makes sure that gates are securely fastened when we leave.
What do you do with the collected waste?
Most of our clients opt for our Premium Service which includes the safe removal and responsible disposal of the waste we have collected in an environmentally friendly manner.
If you are on a tight budget and opt for our Standard Service, we will double bag the waste and place it in your Wheelie bin in accordance with local Council guidelines for collection with your regular household waste.
Can you work with my dog in the garden?
Yes, our team loves dogs! If your pet is friendly, we can work with them present. If not, please secure them during our visit to avoid any problems.
What if I have more than one dog?
Most of our clients have more than one dog. We can pick up regardless of how many dogs you have and will adjust our pricing to reflect the extra work and additional waste involved.
How do I know when you've completed the service?
Every time we leave your property, we will send a text and email confirmation with a photo to verify that the gate is secure.
If we see anything that we feel should be brought to your attention we’ll let you know.
You will also be able to give us feedback to confirm that the service we have provided on the visit meets our high standards and your expectations.
You can then enjoy your clean waste-free garden immediately.
What if I need to reschedule or skip a service? Or need an extra visit for a special occasion?
Simply contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll adjust your schedule accordingly.
Are your services available all year round?
Yes, we operate in all seasons, ensuring your garden remains clean and useable throughout the year.
Is there a contract required for ongoing service?
No. You can cancel or adjust your service at any time. If you wish to upgrade your service, this can be arranged immediately. If you no longer need our service, it will terminate at the end of the month in which you cancel.
How do you handle inclement weather?
Our team is dedicated and equipped to providing a professional service in all but the most severe of weather conditions. If the weather prevents us visiting on the scheduled day for safety reasons, we will let you know and reschedule for the next available time slot.
